When using the colored version of the embroidery design, it is important to change the bobbin thread to match the upper thread colors at the beginning of the green, yellow, and brown sections. This will ensure that our finished embroidery looks uniformly beautiful.

How to use this free standing lace embroidery design?

You have to embroider it on a water soluble material. ( We worked on two layers SOLVY FABRIC water soluble material. ) Be sure to embroider in the smallest hoop possible. This is important, because it will ensure the embroidery stays tight.

When you have finished embroidering, remove the water soluble material from the frame and cut off the embroidery.
Soak the embroidery you’ve made in water to dissolve the water soluble material. Then squeeze out the water and let it dry. Finally, iron over the back side.
