An Eastern European folk art style, locally applied, served as the inspiration for our latest embroidery design.
Included in the product are two versions of the embroidery design: one featuring flowers arranged in the shape of a heart, and the other presenting an in-the-hoop pincushion embroidery design adorned with these flowers. Both designs can be easily embroidered within a 4×4 hoop. We also include preparation instructions for the ITH version in German and English. After stuffing you have to handstitch the opening closed.
The carefully chosen colors for the embroidery mirror the authenticity of traditional embroidery threads. Each flower is thoughtfully embroidered using various shades of the same color, contributing to a harmonious and pleasing aesthetic. The contemporary trend highlights a vivid and colorful image, but it's fascinating to note that this journey began with monochromatic embroideries in the early 1900s. With the introduction of colored yarns, a delightful palette emerged, giving rise to the vibrant and colorful embroidery styles that continue to be appreciated today.

We recommend closing the opening with ladder stitches. Ladder stitches are commonly used in embroidery to neatly close openings or seams. They create a ladder-like pattern that helps secure the fabric edges together. It's a useful technique to achieve a clean and professional finish in your embroidery projects.
